Polo and parties

This is old news, but I forgot to tell you all.

I have been to my first polo match and my first football party!

The polo match was alot of fun - mum and dad and auntie ruth and kevin were laughing at alot of people and what they were wearing which is probably a bit cruel considering it was so hot I ended up in my vest ! There were lots of horses there and it was very close to our house and mum said it was free - but dad bought alot of pies to make up for it....

The football party was at my friend Clem's house - I wore the new outfit that Naini bought me - I think it is really cool. My friend Clem was wearing a funny outfit (it was red and white with lions on)- but I am too polite to say anything! We had to leave early cos Naini and Taidi we coming to pick me up to take me away -see next blog!!!

If I took a holid-da-y ..

Hello everyone,

Sorry I havent updated you for ages - I have been on my holidays! I went to stay with Naini and Taidi for nearly a week! It was really good as there was lots of new things to play with and explore. Molly came down to play with me which was fun and I go ALOT of cuddles from Naini and Taidi. The only problem was that I had MORE teeth coming and so Naini had to keep giving me even more cuddles and some medicine. Mum and Dad weren't there for ages and ages, I did wonder when they were going to turn up. Aunty Vic and Cousin Ted turned up first and then the house got very noisy - cousin Ted is great and I like following him around and trying to play with him and his toys. He didn't seem to want to let me play with his things very often, but I think I will be able to persuade him next time cos then I will be able to run after him - he he ! Cousin Ted hit his head outside on the first day and everyone blamed taidi - it was nothing to do with me, honest. Naini fed me lots of nice food and Taidi carried me around alot, mum and dad dont do that - i think I will make them in future.

Mum finally turned up and brought me a present and lots more cuddles (yippee)! we all went somewhere the next day with Aunty Vic and Cousin ted where there was alot of blowy noise and bright lights and then Ted had to sit in a chair and eat chocolate whilst a lady played with his hair and then he got more chocolate - i didnt get any!

Dad arrived later on, I heard him so I woke up and pretended to cry so he would come and see me and then Uncle owen was there too. I never knew who was going to turn up next - we also saw - Aunty Dwyn, Craig, Aunty Jane, Aunty Angharad, Aunty Yvonne, Uncle Wyn, Uncle Rhys, Aunty Jacky, Nia, Uncle John - loads of people - where do they all come from - I can't be related to them all can I?

Me and mum and dad are home now and I have been back to nursery which is great fun - we have been doing lots of water play because it was hot and tonight we went to the park afterwards to play in the sun. Mum said that soon we wont go to the park cos we will have our own green place - I wonder if there will be a pub for mum and dad to buy drinks from next to it though?

Belated - my 3rd team are unbeaten!

dear nan

as you know aunty sam bought me an all black shirt - i decided to wear it today to celebrate another massive draw for our team. please dont tell mum or taidi that i was wearing it as i think the rugby team beat my rugby team yesterday, it is all very exciting - dad is always wearing his australia t shirt at the moment but i havent worn my soccaroos shirt yet. i have just got back from spending a week with naini and taidi in wales - it was great fun!

guess what i had for tea? - italian!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Emergency update: Eye m moving!

Hi everyone,

Just to let you all know that I went to the hospital yesterday and after the surgeon man had made me go to sleep and looked at my eyes he said that the pressure was really low (12) and that my optic nerve whatever (that is) is not damaged. Mum started crying and then was smiling alot - so I think it is good news!

Here is a picture of me and mum in the hospital - I was a really good girl and they gave me a bravery certificate! When we got home mum and dad were drinking something fizzy because apparently they have sold my flat! - I think that includes my bedroom, but mum says that she is going to buy me another one and that our new house has got a garden for me to play in - it sounds exciting - having lots of new places to explore and climb on.

I think Naini is nearly here so I am just going for a short nap to get ready!

In the Summertime

HI everyone,

Looks like the weather followed us from Spain - it is finally sunny!

Me and mum and dad spent lots of time outside in the park this weekend - I like tasting the grass - but dad always makes funny noises when I do that! Dad took me for a big bath again this week - it is strange cos there are lots of people there - but otherwise it is just like bathtime but bigger...I have been having lots of fun in nursery recently - we have been playing with water and with sand and now that I can crawl and climb everywhere I can get really dirty - mum says I am the dirtiest one in the whole class - but that is just because the others are a bit boring and I like to make sure that I never stop moving. It is quite tiring, but I eat lots of food so I get energy from that. Mum and dad feed me lots of nice things - I have pasta and salmon yesterday and then mum made me cauliflower cheese and then I had some yoghurt - sometimes, I eat a whole sweet potato wtih cheese!

Me and mum and dad went to their friend Hillary's house for a meal last week and then Jo and Mark came around to visit this weekend - I could hear them talking and laughing for quite a long time. Mum's friend RUth came to see me too. I just keep impressing all the people with my climbing and walking tricks -it is good fun!

I have seen Taidi recently, but only on the computer screen - it is weird cos I can hear him and see him but no cuddles! I also saw Autny Vicky and cousin Ted the same one - that was great cos cousin Ted sang to me - I like singing. I have heard mum and dad say that Naini is coming to see me this weekend - that should be lots of fun. Mum and dad also said that we have to go back to the hospital to check my eyes on Friday - not sure that that will be as much fun though. I think that my eyes are alot better now - I hope the doctor agrees. Last time they gave me a bravery certificate - wonder if I will get another one?

It is so hot at the moment that mum is letting me sleep with only my vest - it is nice. I hope you all like my pictures - oh, I forgot to say that mum cut my hair - just the fringe, but now no more ponytails - I will have to work extra hard to grow it back!

A Viva Espana

Hello everyone!

We are just back from sunny sunny Spain!! We went to see my mum's friends who live there - I went on an airplane which was great fun. I wasnt feeling 100% well as I think I finally have a few more teeth coming, and I didnt sleep very well when we first got there, but then I got better and I was able to play with the girls that live there. I had lots of fun playing with all the new things that they had and to get some cuddles. We werent there very long - just long enough for mum and dad to drink lots of orange juice and coffee.

Mum and dad didnt go to work yesterday for some reason, so we went for a walk (in the rain weirdly) and then after mum had bought herself some shoes we went out for lunch. It wasnt spanish but it was foreign - mum shared her food with me and it was yummy - but the best bit was when dad gave me some cold white stuff - it made my teeth feel alot better and it tasted gorgeous - I have to find out what it was.

I have been to nursery today, but my teeth are still hurting a bit, I hope that they arrive soon..

The only other big news is that I can now pull myself up on things and then move around - mum and dad spend alot of time looking v nervous when I do it though!

Sun, sun and some fun

Hi everyone,

Hope you like the pic of me about the write the blog!


Looks like spring has finally arrived! - me and mum and dad and the davies of prestatyn went on a long walk last weekend in the sunshine - I dont like it much cos it hurts my eyes a bit, but I liked the fresh air and mum and dad kept me out of too much light. But, yesterday dad took me out of nursery early and we went on the tube (apparently - I slept the whole way), met mum and we saw a man who said lots of nice things about me and my eyes and then gave me some really cool sunglasses - there is a picture here.

I am happy to report that mum did let me have a little bit of aunty angharad's chocolate and it was yummy scrummy - i ate it all up and felt really energetic for ages afterwards! - I think dad has eaten all the rest though. That is okay cos I like tangerines and especially strawberries - they are yum.

The big news which I almost forgot is that on Good Friday when we were in Naini and Taidi (the Conrys were there too) I finally started crawling on my own! - there is no stopping me now - I can crawl really fast and I can even crawl to something, pick it up and then sit down all in one movement. It took some practise but I can do it now. Nursery is great for picking up tips! - I think I will learn to walk next.
I saw lots and lots of my cousins when we were in Nainis it was great - big cuz Ted was there too - but all the pictures that mum took of me and him and AUnty Vic or even me and Taidi were rubbish =- mum!!!

Here are some others though that I like - the hairclip was a present from Molly and Aunty Yvonne and Uncle Wyn - what do you think? Teddy liked it cos he tried it on, but then he decided he liked his hair down more. I think that I want to grow my hair as long as Teddys and then as long as mummy's.

Nursery has been lots of fun, especially as my eyes dont hurt so much anymore and dad says that he is going to take me for a big bath on Saturday - maybe I will see some of my old friends there - I havent seen them for ages - they may not know about my crawling!
