Emergency update: Eye m moving!
Hi everyone,
Just to let you all know that I went to the hospital yesterday and after the surgeon man had made me go to sleep and looked at my eyes he said that the pressure was really low (12) and that my optic nerve whatever (that is) is not damaged. Mum started crying and then was smiling alot - so I think it is good news!
Here is a picture of me and mum in the hospital - I was a really good girl and they gave me a bravery certificate! When we got home mum and dad were drinking something fizzy because apparently they have sold my flat! - I think that includes my bedroom, but mum says that she is going to buy me another one and that our new house has got a garden for me to play in - it sounds exciting - having lots of new places to explore and climb on.
I think Naini is nearly here so I am just going for a short nap to get ready!
lots of love gwennie xxxxx

What an exciting blog Gwennie ! The very best bit is about your beautiful eyes and how they are going to be OK. Congratulations on your bravery certificate too. I love the picture of you and Mum and I see that you are drinking out of a special cup now.Very clever. That can be a bit tricky but I am sure you will soon get very good at it. I have seen pictures of your new house on the computer and it looks lovely. It will be such fun to have a garden to play in with all your friends and for when Ted comes to stay. This summer will be very exciting I think for you and Mum and Dad. Lots of love, Nan xxxx
ReplyDeleteHi Gwen It's granbob here. This is to let you know that in exactly 100 days I will be with you in London. So don't be scared when this hairy gnome like creature comes to your house. You'll soon get used to him. Nan will be there to help you as well. Daddy knows all about it. Looking forward to seeing you in 100 days.
