Yule log

Merry Christmas everyone from your very own Christmas ArchAngel - Gwennie!

I have just got back from a long long visit to see Naini and Taidi.  It started off quite confusing after me and Dad decorated our house with lots and lots of tinsel and then Naini and Taidi appeared then mum disappeared.  Noone but me seemed concerned, I guess they just thought that there was no way she was going to miss out on Christmas!  I went for a long car journey with Naini and Taidi, who is a really really fast driver - I like going fast, I always shout faster when Dad is driving - mum doesnt need much encouragement!  When I went to Naini's it was great cos Molly and Nia came to see me and Naini let me look at Peppa Pig on her IPAD EVERY SINGLE DAY!  Mum eventually turned up looking a bit tired, but there was no time for sleep as Naini needed us to decorate her house with lots of tinsel too!  Teddy and Aunty Vic and Ollie turned up soon after that and Ted and I had lots of fun practising being Father Christmas and putting our special stockings on - I liked dancing around Naini's Christmas tree too!  Mum said it was too small and Taidi should have got a bigger one, but I liked it cos there was more room for presents and dancing!

One night after Uncle Owen and Daddy arrived we went to a big place that I think I might have been to before but I wasnt sure.  Daddy and Taidi stayed behind muttering something about heathens but I think they just wanted to stay warm!  There was a man in a dress at the front and I got a bit bored to be honest and started to wander around, but then me and mum and UNcle O and Ted went up close for a look at some small animals - then the best bit - I got to sing "Away in a Manger" - I had been practising singing alot so it was good to show everyone what I could do.

After Father Christmas had been and left us some presents it was brilliant - we spent all day opening presents, eating and visiting lots and lots of people all in one room - mum seemed to know all of them.  Father Christmas came there too - it was very exciting, but I dont think Ollie knew what was going on.  I got a Doctor Gwennie kit for Christmas, it was brilliant - I got lots more presents too - jigsaws, trainsets, books, painting sets, a bike that looked alot like the one I got for my birthday! , lots and lots and lots - I think i agree with mum that christmas is the best..

Dad was a bit quieter until he got a blue aeroplane cake for his birthday - he is soo lucky - more cake!  Taidi got him and Uncle O and Uncle Wyn and Uncle Rhys to help him chops logs - Ted tried to help, but I just wanted a ride on the tractor - it was a lot of fun!  UNcle O and Aunty Vic spent alot of time running away from us in tight trousers, it was  bit strange, but noone else seemed to notice that it was odd.

One of my favourite days was Boxing day - lots of the Davies' turned up and Ted did a great pirate show and dad did some kind of skit where he forgot something called a HDMI cable - mum seemed to overact a bit and to be honest I am not sure I got the joke, but then I am only little.

Yep, Christmas was alot of fun and I loved playing lots and lots with Teddy!

Autumn Bounce!

Hi everyone,
We went up to see Naini and Taidi again and Ted and Ollie and Aunty Vic and Uncle Owen were all there - it was sooo busy.  Then we went on a really long walk with some more Davies', it rained a  little bit, but I had a cool hat on and my waterproof coat - mum just "borrowed" naini's.  Me and Ted got tired, but persuaded mummy and naini to give us horsey rides - mum wasnt very fast but I gave her a few gentle nudges to keep her going!  I thought I saw a crocodile in the river, but I shouted at it and made it go away all on my own.  Taidi was shouting into a cave - he was pretending that there was a monster in there, but there wasnt - he probably just wanted to shout out loud and didnt want Naini to tell him off, he he.  Mum gave me a big piece of cake afterwards in the cafe it was scrummy.  Molly let us go and visit her and go on her bouncey castle too - it was really high and really bouncey and daddy can get higher in the sky than anyone else - it was amazing!
Aunty Yvonne made me some hot milk and we wathced Molly make a mess with a pumpkin - it looked like a lot of fun xxx Gwennie

Balance and poise!

Greetings!  I am going to tell you all today about all the training I have been doing on my balance and poise... Mummy disappeared for a few days, I think she went somewhere to eat lots of steak in peace (!) and when she got back she bought me a pink scooter - it was brilliant.  I started scooting everywhere, but I couldnt make it go in the direction I wanted and i ended up with grazed knuckles where the scooter made me go into the wall - naughty scooter.  I managed to make it bend to my will in the end I could go faster and faster and faster - mummy ran next to me but she couldnt go fast enough, I am a speed demon!

Mummy and daddy started taking me to rugby too - I like playing "Whats the time rugby coach" - I taught it to Teddy too and we played it in Naini and Taidi's garden.  I think I look very poised and balanced running with  my rugby ball! xxx

World Cup wonders

Well everyone, what an exciting World Cup I had!  Nan and Granbob were here for most of it and so I was able to watch all 3 of my teams, although obviously I only really wanted one of them to win!  Nan and I watched the mighty All Blacks and I got to watch some big men doing a dance - how strange is that?  Most of the time it is only Daddy that I get to watch dancing and that is just alot of Hammertime!  Dolly (Parton) and I watched my second team a few times, and sometimes it was a big strange because I thought I sae someone who looked like me on TV! (look at the pic!).  Me and Mum both wore our red shirts and we did some warm ups together, but mainly dad and I just warmed our bellies!
I think Wales should have won and mum got in a really bad mood when the French beat us - mum said it wasnt fair and the ref was naughty - but I dont understand why she made me mop the floor - I wasnt the ref!
Go the blacks, xxxx

Visitors a gathering

Wow - what a summer of visitors and visiting I have had!  My friend Evie (I am bigger than here and I am older than her so she has to do what I say), came to see me and we played lots and lots with my balls and my tunnel.  My big cousin, Nia came and saw me too with her mummy and daddy - they took me to the big park in London with lots and lots of slides and swings - we had fun hiding in a big hut, then we all had soup and pizza, yum scrum.
Nan and Granbob came all the way from Australia to stay with us too.  Uncle Geoffy came around a few times with them and although he talks like them, I dont think he lives in Australia because he comes to see us more often and we dont skype him.  Granbob read me lots and lots of books, even when he had only just woken up, he he!
ted and ollie and aunty vic came to see us too - all the way from France.  Me and ted had alot of fun together and had some fun with Ollie too, but she doesnt look like she is having alot of fun in this picture, maybe it is because she couldnt dance like we can!

I like going to visit other people too, but only it we go to fun places.  We went to manchester to a really big birthday party with a massive bouncey castle and mum and dad and naini and taid were there!  We went on a big train and we had a picnic and mum let me want jungle on the ipad - i love travelling!

Love gwennie xx

Dancing Queen

Hi,

Just calling me the dancing queen! When we were still in Naini and Taidi's, we went to see some big animals with mummy and daddy and Nia and Aunty Vic - even Ollie came (but she was asleep) - me and ted loved the sealions, they came right up to us and said hello! Naini loves reading us both stories at the same time, so we persuaded her to do it lots!
The day before we went back to London, we all got dressed up and I got to wear my new red shoes to go to Emma and Arwyn's wedding. There were lots and lots and lots of people there that Mummy said were related to me.I was allowed to look at Mummy's phone whilst she did lots of singing and Emma walked up and down in a white dress. Then we were allowed to play, I found some new friends and Ted was playing with Uncle Harold - it was funny, they were running up and down racing. We had lots of sweets whilst some people did some talking - we also checked out the stage - me and Ted knew everything that was happening! Not long after that (I think), there were bright lights and flashing lights and really loud music. Me and mum (and Naini a bit) started dancing and everyone was watching - it was great! I showed them lots of the moves that I practise at home - dad was right about dancing being fun, but I am not sure all of the moves he showed me were right ?

Two and Two terrors!

Hi Everyone,

Well I am now two! - mum says that it is the start of something called the "Terrible Twos", but I don't know what she means. I am always really good and I hardly ever cause trouble or be a bit naughty - honest, he he. Ted and Ollie and Aunty Vic and Uncle Owen came to visit us in London and then before I could protect all my toys from Ted, we went for a long ride in the car and ended up in Naini and Taidis. Naini must have been expecting us as there was lots of fun things to do and lots of lovely things to eat. We were looking after Ollie alot (well at least her toys), which I think was alot of fun for her because when Taidi was in charge of playing with her, he just fell asleep!
Me and Ted had lots of sun together, on Taidi's tractor, once I told them that I didnt think that we needed to use the big long stick to push it along! and playing at Taidi's park on the swings and the seesaw and the slide (I can go up on my own now) - even Naini doesnt look worried when I stand up at the top of the slide. On my birthday, I got lots and lots and lots of brilliant presents - but the best one was a bouncy castle that I was allowed to play on all day. Mum let me go bouncy all day as long as i let her on sometimes for a go too! Lots and lots of people came to see the bouncy castle and have a go! It was a beautiful, hot summers day and dad had to keep himself cool with his special water from the fridge. Then everyone stood around and sang me a song and we had jelly and a cake! - it was like a ladybird - Aunty Angharad is very clever.
I had a great time and slept really well, conserving my energy for another day on the bouncy....but in the morning....it was gone :(
